AI Disclaimer & Responsible-Use Statement
Last updated: [Date]
PD Insights builds and deploys AI-assisted systems. This statement explains how we use AI responsibly and what to keep in mind when relying on AI-assisted output.
1. AI is assistive, not autonomous
We use AI to draft, retrieve, classify, and summarize. On work that matters, a human reviews output before it is used externally or for consequential decisions, and deterministic logic handles anything that must be exact (pricing, totals, eligibility).
2. Accuracy & limitations
AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or biased output, including confident-sounding errors. AI-assisted materials are provided for your review; verify anything you intend to rely on, particularly for legal, financial, medical, or safety-related decisions.
3. Not professional advice
AI-assisted output and our materials are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
4. Your data
Client data is handled per our Security & Data-Handling Overview and the engagement's Data Processing Addendum. We do not use your data to train public or third-party models unless you expressly agree in writing.
5. Human oversight & accountability
Each deployed workflow has a defined permission level and a named human review point appropriate to its risk. Higher-risk actions require explicit human approval.
6. Your responsibilities
When you use AI-assisted deliverables, keep a human in the loop for high-impact use, follow your own policies and applicable law, and tell us if a use case changes so guardrails can be adjusted.
